Brohm left Purdue (where he had taken the program to the 2022 Big Ten Championship) for the Louisville job — an unusual lateral that the Cardinals' alumni network had been pushing for two cycles. Year one (10-4, the ACC Championship Game appearance) was the validation; year two (9-4) sustained it. The 2025 season is the consolidation test; the Brohm hire's ranking should compound upward if year three holds.
