Malcolm Roach: DL · Texas · #32.
Closest statistical matches, adjusted for opponent strength.
Malcolm Roach
Wins the gap play after play. The four seasons at Texas span two head coaches: Charlie Strong and Tom Herman. A game that shows it: 5 tackles and 4 tackles for loss against TCU — Week 9, 2019.
Play style
Stout at the point of attack — steady tackle-for-loss production without a standout pass-rush number.

What the box score actually says
40 tackles. 1 pass defended. 0 interceptions. 9 TFL.
Counts only, never a rate — splash-event sample sizes this small (interceptions, pass breakups, TFL) are noise as a rate and signal only as a tally.
