Keyon Mozee
Hits the crease and outruns the angle. The five seasons span two programs and two head coaches: Chris Klieman and Chuck Martin. The first career honor came in 2024: All-MAC. On tape: 196 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD against Kent State, Week 12, 2024.
Play style
Cuts upfield fast. Designed to find the crease, not run through the line.
Boom vs consistent · carry-yardage shape
Steady, not spectacular
Just 27.8% of his season rushing yards came on his 5 best carries — remarkably even — and he's stuffed on 17.6% of his carries. 6 carries for 11 yds vs Northwestern; 18 for 196 vs Kent State.
Counted from the play-by-play, so a carry or two can differ from the box score.
Closer · Q4-with-lead carry share
Not actually a closer
46.9% of carries overall (175/373) → 35.5% of Q4-with-lead carries (33/93) — 97.0% of those in competitive (≤16-pt) games.
Counted from the play-by-play, so a carry or two can differ from the box score.
