NCAA passer rating 123.4 117th of 142 FBS QBs

ZPR ranks this quarterback 20 places higher than passer rating does: passer rating charges 200 points per interception and the season ZPR does not count the six picks (each game's grade word does); and passer rating cannot see sacks, and a sack comes on only 2.3% of dropbacks.
