Sam Hartman
Pushes it downfield on every look. Played for two head coaches across six seasons and two programs. That makes two straight seasons on the honors list: All-ACC again in 2022. A game that shows it: 330 passing yards and 6 rushing yards against Central Michigan — Week 3, 2023.
Play style
Elite arm talent, pushing downfield. Completion rate is the variable.

59.4% completion on 3rd-and-8+, but only 32.4% conversion-per-dropback — 36.8% of completions land short of the sticks.
Where completions land is fact — whether incompletions were aimed deep is intent, not recorded here, so this card counts completions only. checkdown by design
