The model has Washington State at #43 — the fanbase hasn't weighed in yet.

Washington State fans can't agree.

Honestly the defense was as good as advertised. Offense played better to end the game but showed alot to be desired. I think if defense plays that gritty and the offense steps up we are winning alot of games this season.

What the beat said, in their own words.

When you have a guy like Jirah [Leaupepetele] and Kaden Beatty in front of you, their job on that is to kind of just open the gap for me. So I was just ready to shoot it when they did

player performanceOne fan's take

One fan believes WSU's offense lacks explosive plays

The only reason we even got points on the board today was as a result of a pick six. Fuck this offense. Pinnick cannot move the ball to save his life.

coaching decisionOne fan's take

One fan believes rushing plays gain too few yards

3rd and 2 in 4 down territory was the time for play action, not a run up the gut that kept getting stuffed only to do it again on 4th down

coaching decisionOne fan's take that season

One fan believes the coaching staff is misusing key players' strengths

The fact that his stubbornness kept Zevi out of the game till 52-3 is malpractice. Potter has not looked like “it” at all.

One fan believes Jimmy Rogers lacks game-day preparation

You can excuse it however you want, Rogers is Wulff 2.0. We looked bad against Idaho. San Diego State isn’t good. I’ve never seen a team look so unprepared since Wulff. It’s one thing to lose a good game and another to know the game is over by the halfway point in the first quarter. UNT came to play, we didn’t. That starts with the coaching staff.

One fan thinks Zevi's starting would improve the team's performance

Why the fuck is Zevi not playing what was the point of pushing to keep him. Dude balled out in the bowl game what are we doing

One fan thinks the passing game lacks explosiveness

I Like the Sunday vibes if it can’t be in Nov. Positives include qb runs and run game. A little underwhelmed by the pass game and wish we could air it out.

program directionOne fan's take that season

One fan believes Washington State has produced multiple NFL quarterbacks

Honestly Wazzu is QBU. Minshew, Ward, Mateer. There are much bigger programs that haven’t produced that type of talent.
