Winning is really hard. You don’t ever take winning for granted. It doesn’t matter who you play

Coach Lebby is a really good football coach, and you know we’re gonna have to make sure we’re at our best and learn from all the things we didn’t do particularly well, knowing this is going to be harder next week

player performanceWidely held among fans that season

fans believe Minnesota's team performance this season has been historically bad

This has to be the worst Wisconsin team in recent memory right? I mean even the O-Line is playing like ass, even when they've been not great the O-Line has worked.

This is one of the worst Gopher defenses I’ve watch since (ironically) Robb Smith. I am not having fun.

player performanceLimited signal that season

fans believe Drake shows potential as a QB

Drake is the real deal and this was the perfect test for him to get his feet wet - midnight local time, things resting on his shoulders with the top two running backs out, noisy environment, and he passed it up until the end. he and Lemeke Brockington have a really great connection out there

program directionOne fan's take that season

One fan believes the team is playing well early in the season

Good first showing for the Gophers, saw really solid play in the pass game and run game. Defense was great too. Keep (g)rowing, and this could be a pleasant season

fans believe the team struggles against elite opponents

I know it’s early in the season, but it already looks like a repeat of the last couple years where they can’t hang with other ranked teams for a whole match

This is what PJs gameplan looks like against teams that aren’t below average. It’s nothing new. Way too conservative and slow-paced.
