His coaching staff is littered with former players, several of whom should not be anywhere near a coaching job like CJ Spiller and Tajh Boyd, and they are doing a horrible job of actually teaching these kids how to improve
We've also had completely dogshit coaching the last few years which has caused us to drastically underperform, despite having very talent rosters still.
